Family Favorites | Scrambled Lasagna(freezer meal) & No Bake Cookies + Grass fed beef tips


In my newest vlog, I'm sharing just a few of our family favorites including my "Scrambled Lasagna" which is one of my favorite freezer meals & Chocolate Oatmeal No Bake Cookies that are perfect every time and super quick! Scrambled Lasagna
One of my favorite freezer meals and a great quick way to satisfy your lasagna craving quick!
Ingredients
  • 1 lb box Rigatoni Noodles
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce
  • 1-2 8 oz bags Shredded Italian Cheese
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 16 oz Ricotta Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 435 & Boil Noodles and Drain - Set aside Meanwhile, Brown hamburger beef & drain if needed. Then add sauce. If using grass fed or low fat meat you may add your sauce into meat before browning.Mix noodles, Ricotta, Parsley, Salt, Pepper and shredded cheese (reserving some for the top) together and pour into a casserole dish.Add meat sauce mixture on top of noodles and top with remaining shredded cheese.Bake for 20 min or until cheese is melted well.

No-Bake Chocolate & Oatmeal Cookies
No fail, perfect every time! For those moments when you are desperately craving something sweet and chocolaty but don’t have a lot of patience. I can tell you that this will solve that craving and warning these are addictive.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup (1 stick) Butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick cooking oats
Instructions
Add the first four ingredients, butter, sugar, milk and coco powder to a 4-quart saucepan.Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth, then stir in the oats.Drop by heaping tablespoons onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Let cool until set.
