| We had a blast this past Friday at our states zoo in Asheboro NC. If your not aware NC homeschoolers can get in FREE at the Asheboro Zoo. This includes all students and one teacher. Definitely made the trip easier on the wallet. You do need to plan ahead and reserve your day 15 days ahead of time. It was a cool fall day but I did end up with a touch of sunburn, the kids were fine of course! We took a picnic lunch and enjoyed it lakeside after seeing North America then drove to Africa side to end the day. We made a quick video of our trip as well as plenty of photos check em out! |
